Psalm 91

 1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
       will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. ^[a]

 2 I will say ^[b] of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
       my God, in whom I trust."

 3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare
       and from the deadly pestilence.

 4 He will cover you with his feathers,
       and under his wings you will find refuge;
       his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

 5 You will not fear the terror of night,
       nor the arrow that flies by day,

 6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
       nor the plague that destroys at midday.

 7 A thousand may fall at your side,
       ten thousand at your right hand,
       but it will not come near you.

 8 You will only observe with your eyes
       and see the punishment of the wicked.

 9 If you make the Most High your dwelling—
       even the LORD, who is my refuge-

 10 then no harm will befall you,
       no disaster will come near your tent.

 11 For he will command his angels concerning you
       to guard you in all your ways;

 12 they will lift you up in their hands,
       so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

 13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra;
       you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

 14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;
       I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

 15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
       I will be with him in trouble,
       I will deliver him and honor him.

 16 With long life will I satisfy him
       and show him my salvation."

wow! another great new album is coming! first was from zach dela rocha's one day as a lion then SOAD members scars on broadway then slipknot and now, this time from one of my definitely favorite band UNDEROATH!!!!! their new song was just recently put up on their myspace page so go and listen to another awesome song. cant wait.

yeah!! slipknot is back!! the new album is awesome a bit different sound, but still the slipknot we all knew and love. it has melody!! unlike past albums and it has a more radio friendly vibe into it. which is good at least more people can appreciate slipknot's sound. oohh and new masks!!  either way its good music to headbang and bash somebody's head to a pulp. mosh pit!!!! the video was directed by clown. album STB: 08/26/08

so eto na naman ang aking cooking school, iron chefish

so this time its meh TOFU STEAK,
so here are the ingredients:
-Tofu-cut into strips
-Saki!!!
-sesame oil
-onions-chop
-garlic-minced
-Luya (lol nakalimutan ko english) just a dash finely minced
-spinach
-bulgogi sauce

1. first coat the strips of tofu with flour dry rub it with some of the garlic pepper and salt. oh you must first wrap the tofu in a paper towel for about 15 mins just to suck out all the liquid before doing this. fry until golden brown.
2. set aside the yummy tofu, then just saute the onions and garlic let it caramelized (para masarap)
3. add the tofu the sesame oil (with a mixed of sugar and pepper and little bit of vinigar),the bulgogi sauce and the saki. mix mix, let the juices get in the tofu then turn off the flame add the spinach mix mix uli. Your done!!!
4. serve it with some wicked plating skills.

note: serve it to your girl, my belief "a way to a womans vajuju ai este heart is through her stomach". trust me this works never failed me. YOWZA!!!
